The upgraded composite door construction matched with five layers of fireboard in the door, three layers in the body and a palusol heat expandable door seal give this gun safe a respectable 75 minute fire rating at 1400°F.
In terms of burglary, the Big Daddy XLT earned the UL RSC rating due to its 12 gauge steel construction, drill resistant hard plate, auxiliary relocker, pry-resistant recessed door, reinforced steel return door jamb, titanium disk lock protection and of course the 3-way, 1.25" 18 solid steel locking bolts.
The interior features a door panel organizer with 8 pistol pockets and 5 zippered pockets to store all of your most important valuables. Also standard with this safe is a power docking station that will allow you to charge electronics and a bright white LED light kit to brighten up your safe.
