Safe can be returned for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be approved by an authorized Hollon Safe representative and returned with a required “RMA” number. Safes must be returned in the original packaging and must be received in an approved Hollon Safe warehouse undamaged and unused within 7 days of the issuance of the return authorization number. All freight charges are non-refundable. All safe returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition, if the returned safe is received by Hollon Safe damaged it may be subject to additional fees. These fees will be determined by an authorized Hollon Safe representative and will be prorated according to the extent of damage. Customers will be charged for freight to and from the point of delivery regardless if the buyer was eligible for free shipping. All freight charges will either be prepaid by the customer directly to the carriers or will be deducted from the safe refund. Credits will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of all returned safes.

V-Line Ind. warrants that all products manufactured under the V-Line name shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) one year from the date of original purchase. Locks carry a (1) one year warranty from the manufacturer.
This warranty applies only to new security cases and cabinets purchased from V-Line Ind. or its authorized distributors and dealers. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and location of purchase in order to obtain service under this warranty.
V-Line Ind. at its option may repair or replace any defective parts or unit.

The implied warranty of merchantability with all other warranties on V-Line Security Cases and Cabinets are hereby excluded and disclaimed. As a result, there are no warranties extending beyond those expressly stated in this limited warranty.
V-Line Security Cases and Cabinets are designed to provide moderate security while offering quick access. Our line of “ready access security cases” or “quick access security cases” are not intended to provide the ultimate security system. They have not been rated for burglary or fire resistance.

FireKing Fire + Burglary Safes Limited Warranty (KC/JC, FB, and KR): If a mechanical or operable part of a FireKing safe malfunctions or breaks down during normal use, FireKing International will at our option, repair or replace said part free for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty excludes customer neglect or abuse, robbery attempt, burglary, vandalism or other criminal conduct, environmental factors (such as fire, water damage, wind), acts of God, lightning or power spikes or surges or modifications not made by FireKing. Any failure resulting in the use of unapproved lubricants, cleaning liquids or solvents and/or liquid spills are not covered under warranty. The Cannon Safe Warranty
This Cannon Safe carries a Lifetime Warranty in residential Use. This Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials as well as damage by attempted break-in/actual break-in, natural flood, and fire. Commercial or industrial applications carry a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and material.
In order to obtain service under this Warranty, purchaser must provide Cannon Safe Inc. with following items:
Proof of purchase
Police or fire department report
Photographs / Video of damaged safe
Cannon Safe Inc. may, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective or damaged part or replace the defective or damaged safe. Whenever possible the safe will be repaired locally. If Cannon Safe Inc. is replacing a safe, we will require the old safe to be returned to the factory. In the event Cannon Safe Inc. determines the safe should be returned, Cannon Safe Inc will pay return freight costs. The purchaser must have the safe emptied, packaged, palletized, and available for a curb-side pickup at their expense. This Warranty does not cover labor costs for opening, removal or installation of the safe and contents. Personal property in the safe is not covered by this Warranty.
The obligation Cannon Safe Inc. has under this Warranty is contingent upon proper installation and use of the safe, and shall not apply to parts or safes which have been misused, neglected, or put in unusual or extreme environment.
Modifying or tampering with the safe, which might affect the product’s performance, voids the Warranty. Without limit, this Warranty specifically excludes any liability for defects or damage caused by, or aggravated by, the use of unauthorized parts. Upon delivery, purchaser must promptly notify Cannon Safe Inc. of any defect. Purchaser’s remedies are limited solely to repair or replacing parts and are at the discretion of Cannon Safe Inc.
Electronic and mechanical locks carry a one-year Warranty for labor and a lifetime Warranty for parts. If at any point Cannon Safe Inc. changes components, the current component being used will be sent as replacement. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is offered by lockdown and applies to Lockdown™ brand products. Covered Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Covered Products. Lockdown will repair or replace with an item of equivalent value, at its option, any Covered Product or component part which is found to be defective under normal use and service, without charge, and within a reasonable amount of time after notification and delivery of the Covered Product (as set forth below), for the lifetime of the Covered Products. The life of the Covered Product means the life of the materials and components of the product. While Lockdown uses the very best materials and components for its products, all materials and components eventually wear out with use and exposure over time. A Covered Product’s life is therefore measured by how much use it gets and how well it is cared for -- not its overall age.
This warranty is limited to the original owner of the Covered Product and is not transferable. If the Covered Product was not purchased new from Lockdown or an authorized retailer this warranty is null and void. In order to be eligible for service or replacement under this warranty, the original owner must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., a dated sales receipt). With respect to such Covered Products, this warranty supersedes any and all other warranties.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service, ordinary wear and tear, and does not apply to any Covered Products or component parts which have been lost or stolen; or subject to commercial use, corrosion, misuse, neglect, intentional damage, carelessness, accident; unauthorized or improper disassembly, adjustments, modifications, or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than a qualified technician following Lockdown authorized procedures; or as a result of failure to follow the Covered Product’s operating and care instructions. WORK NOT COVERED
If the work required is not covered by this warranty you will receive a quotation for repair or replacement which must be authorized by you. No actual work will be done without your approval. Return shipments can be shipped to Lockdown via UPS, FedEx or U.S. mail at your cost. Repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you via FedEx requiring an adult signature upon receipt.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Rhino Metals offers to the original purchaser, a limited lifetime warranty, covering defects in workmanship, material, and damage by unlawful attempted or actual break-in, and fire. This Warranty applies only to safes located in the United States and Canada, purchased at an authorized RHINO METALS™ Safe dealer, and that have been used solely in residential applications. Commercial or industrial use applications carry a one year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
In order to receive warranty support under this Warranty, Purchaser must provide Rhino Metals with (1) proof of purchase, (2) a written statement, (3) photographs of the damaged safe and (4) a police or fire department report. Rhino Metals will make the decision to repair the safe in-home, at the factory, or replace the safe altogether. If possible, the safe will be repaired locally. If the safe is to be repaired at the factory or replaced, Rhino Metals will, at its expense, have the safe opened, if required, and will pay for the freight back to the factory. Purchaser must package and palletize the safe and make the safe available for a curb side pickup at their expense. The Warranty does not cover any costs for removal or installation of the safe or its contents. Personal property in the safe is not covered by the Warranty.
The obligation of Rhino Metals under this Warranty is contingent upon proper use, installation, and maintenance of the safe and shall not apply to safes or safe parts which have been neglected, misused, or exposed to extreme or unusual environments. Failure to anchor the safe using factory pre-drilled holes voids this warranty. Any modifying or tampering with the safe which alters or affects the safe’s use or operation voids the warranty.
Without limit, this Warranty specifically excludes any liability for defects or damage caused or increased by the use of unauthorized parts. Upon purchase, the Purchaser must promptly notify Rhino Metals of any defects. The Purchaser’s remedies are solely limited to replacing parts or repair and are at the discretion of Rhino Metals. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Locks and electronic keypads carry a five year warranty for labor and parts. The warranty does not cover forgotten or lost combinations, lost keys, dead or weak batteries, or improper opening procedures. Lights and electrical components carry a one year warranty. Paint or powder coat finish and interior are warranted for one year based on proper care and environment.
This Warranty is given in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to matters of merchantability, quality, or fitness for purpose. Rhino Metals accepts no liability under any circumstances whatsoever, for any incidental or consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the safe.
