The C-8 is fire rated 60 min, meaning it will hold off any flame for a full 60 minutes. The intumescent fire seal expands 7 times its original size when it is heat activated keeping your valuables safe while the flames rage around your gun vault. Equipped with 1.25-inch chrome steel bolts this model is 25% thicker than the industry standard.

The C-8 Continental Series Gun Safe comes with your choice of four lock options! Two of these options are Keypad options.  One is the S&G Spartan E-Lock, and the other is SecuRam Prologic L22 Audit Lock. The main difference is the audit lock gives the ability to see the audit trail of users accessing the safe. Another lock option is the SecuRam Biometric/Fingerprint E-Lock giving your fingerprint to unlock.  The last option is the standard option of the Sargent & Greenleaf Group II combination dial lock.
